Shipping Details

Pro PDR Solutions manufactures custom lights to order.  We currently offer ground shipping at check out but if you would like us to give you a call with express shipping rates when your order is ready please note that in the checkout process and we will contact you with rates. We understand many technicians travel and can not be sure where they will be in a week. If so, please leave us a note to call you before shipping as you may need to change your shipping address details.   Returns & Warranty Information Returns must be made within 14 days and in new condition for a full refund if you are not 100% satisfied with the product. Note: Custom lights are not returnable. See Lighting-Custom for more details. If any problems arise with any Pro PDR Solutions product please let us know right away. If your product is less than 90 days old we will cover shipping to our shop, the repairs, parts, labor, and shipping back to you. After 90 days and up to a year the customer is responsible to ship the product to us and we will repair and replace parts as needed along with covering the shipping back to the customer. Products over a year old can be shipped to us for upgrades and updates that are needed. Just give us a call and we can give you a quote on any repairs or parts you may need. If you send any product in for repair please include a note detailing repairs needed and contact information so we are able to call and confirm your needs.
